These candlestick holders were exactly what I was looking for. With them being an untreated wood I was able to customize them to my needs which I loved and it was very simple. The only complaint I have it that these are extremely lightweight which can cause an easy fire hazard once you have lit candles! I am going to have to experiment and see if I can weight them, possibly with fishing weights. So hopefully this works because they are so cute!

I am painting the candlesticks to match the painted candles I purchased as gifts

I liked the unfinished candlesticks, I chose to put a whitewash on them. I buy Root candles and not sure if they are larger than other brands, but the Root candles did not fit into the candle sticks. I had to heat the end of the candles and push them down into the candlesticks to fit. A couple candlesticks were leaning. I put on my mantle so the uneven ones could be turned to hide the slant, otherwise will just put something under to level-out if I use on table. Overall effect is nice and rustic.

They will work fine for what I want. They appeared a little thicker to me on screen so I was a little let down, but that was my bad. One of the bottoms was broken off but I can fix it with some glue so I won't be sending it back. However if some bubble wrap or more crumpled paper were added the broken item my have survived intact. The mailman was not gentle when he put it down/dropped it on my porch.

I painted these white for an event. They were perfect! I will be getting more.

These were a great value and looked great on my Thanksgiving tables. But I was not expecting them to catch fire so easily. I know and do keep eyes on burning candles, but when the candles get too low watch out.

These looked ok and got the job done but I was disappointed with the quality. Two of them arrived broken from the base so I couldn’t use them and was only able to use 10 of the 12.

Out of the box one of the candle bases has a large crack, another a large chip. Otherwise they look nice but I needed all of them to be perfect so I sent them back.
