My spouse is an artist so fun new art gadgets are interesting gifts. I honestly was looking for a small stand for his fire 10 tablet to use at his art desktop, I came across this and thought well if nothing else he will have a portable stand that could fit in pencil bag . Well the tracer does work as long as you did research watched videos you'll expect the right thing. It is not super defined line work it's hard to see your pencil thru the acrylic to trace what you see. You have to find the right angle and mix of low lighting in room with device light up all the way. Helps to convert pic to dark line work it's easier with simple stencil type drawings and any free photo art app that converts a drawing / pic to b&w. Over all if you know what it's gonna be it's a fun tool and the stand holds our 10" tablet at either angle so if nothing else we do have usable stand. Make sure to assemble stand till pieces click in place. All good .

Scratches easily but other than that product worked like it said. Nice tool if you are learning to draw.

There weren't any instructions at all. If it wasn't for another reviewer, Judy, who posted her review March 20, 2021, who included instructions on how to get it to work best, I probably wouldn't have figured it out. To save you time scrolling through reviews to find hers, I have copied them here for you:1. Turn iPad or phone to brightest setting.2. Use a dark room allowing the lite from the iPad or phone for brightness.3. Remove cellophane from both sides4. One side works better that the other so try both5 Since my iPad is in a case it will only fit upside down but that’s OK. I can reverse it.If they included instructions, they'd have more positive reviews.

This product arrived very quickly from overseas. The product was very easily put together in less than a minute. The screen that was delivered to me was extremely dirty and rough. At first I thought it was exterior residue from being shipped and tossed around but some of the defects are actually inside the screen and cannot be fixed. Overrall this product does what it was designed to do and allows me to trace images off of my phone but looking through the screen is not prett and will surely take away from the experience.

The reflection board works really great! I use it with both my iPhone and iPad. However, the description says there’s an app that comes with it to convert pictures into sketches for you to trace. No such app. An easy work around is to google whatever it is you want to draw, plus the word “sketch.” Tons of pictures to trace that way. But as noted above, the product itself works great.

I wish this was a bit sturdier and the glass was more durable.
