Epigaze Audio Neutrino Quark Buffer with Impedance Switch Guitar Pedal

Subtly in a box!I love this little buffer; I use it on my pedal board for my bass! At the advisement of a forum post on where to place a buffer in your pedal chain, I connected this buffer in before and after each individual effect, one at a time, to see how it would affect my signal and tone. I also compared switch up v. down (note: I have not messed with the internal trim pot, but I was told by Epigaze Audio that it controls the impedance peak when the switch is in the up position).For me, this little guy sits best as my last pedal in the chain. Not only is it convenient with the ultra-small footprint of this buffer, but it keeps the high, sparkling tone in my signal best when after everything else.I feel that since adding this buffer to my signal I'm getting much more expression from my various pedals; now that I'm no longer losing tone, my sound is rich and organic! Natural overdrives, peaky envelope filters, resonant delays and all!! I had to do major dialing-in of all of my other pedals after adding it to my board, but that's a good thing because they were all previously set under the idea that my tone and signal would be dead before hitting my amp.Customer service with Epigaze through their Facebook page was great and instant, and they are very willing to give you in-depth info on all of their gear!My ONLY complaint is the layout of the input/output and power jacks. It wasn't the end of the world, but I think this set-up may force some players to offset this pedal weirdly to compensate for itself.Did I mention that it came with lifetime warranty? Lifetime!Buy this awesome device, you'll love it! I'd buy a second of I thought I had use for it!
