I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this product but I wish I did so earlier. It's nice to see a pre-workout that takes a more minimalistic approach and avoids cramming as much stuff as possible. The website does a great job explaining everything that's in this supplement, which is refreshing because I was tired of sifting through pre-workout ingredients to make sure I would not pop hot on a drug test. It's also nice to see that they have scientific reasoning to back up why it is included.The taste may take getting used to for some people, though I have had no issue with the flavor. I transitioned from using C4 (Fruit Punch, very sweet) for about 1 month to Optimum Apex for roughly the same amount of time, and I will say I feel much better taking this supplement. When I would take a single serving from C4, I would feel that shaking and tingling sensation bad enough to the point that I felt physically uncomfortable when I was working out. Other people may have not felt as bad as this, but I will say that since my transition to Optimum Apex, I have never felt that level of discomfort. I am very pleased with this product and I highly recommend this product.

I wouldn't call this a pre workout,Although I do take it before I workout or early morning with a cup of coffee to get me started. I'm new to lifting so I don't necessarily drown myself in the whole 5g of creatine.I take about 1/3 of the scoop cup daily. I have seen a very noticeable amount of muscle growth, this product is very reliable. Im about to buy my 3rd tub. I recommend this to anyone who is unsure of what "pre workout" or good source of creatine they can get

It's simple, straight to the point and gives you what you need and is backed up by some strong science. No additives like many other products. You get all you need in this one product. The taste is bitter but it becomes refreshing after you get used to it. The B-Alanine gives you a tingle but you can get used to it. Honestly that tingle can be used as a pyschological preworkout boost, at least for me.

I got a 30 day supply of this and I was very impressed.. I am a smaller guy and it is generally pretty hard for me to gain substantial muscle mass if I am getting back into shape. I take this every day now, simply because the results are better than any of the other supplements I have used. I also love the fact that this isn't a propriety blend (they always make me suspicious). I also don't mind the taste at all, most of the supplements containing creatine that I have taken in the past tasted way too sweet, this tastes like slightly watery lemonade to me and it goes down really easy.I will continue to be a customer and just wish I had found it earlier!

Optimum Apex is my favorite Athletic/ Exercise Performance Supplement by far! Over the years I have tried many different supplements that would help my body heel fast, and keep up with my vigorous military life style. From Ruck Marching miles on end, to extreme cross fit & weight lifting, none of the other supplements have come remotely close to accomplishing what Optimum Apex does. Have been taking it for about a month now. Haven't noticed much difference but do feel that I can push through some WODs better on certain days.
