This product is good. Helps me to train some stiff hand muscles. Does its job and price is great. And different colors are fun.

Really didn't like the way that this product was marketed. It automatically adds multiple quantities to your cart and I almost didn't notice since I had other things I was buying. Also the pictures seem to indicate that you get more than one ring, but you really have to read to understand that this isn't a set. Better luck conning someone else. As far as the product goes, it is a little uncomfortable for my hand (maybe because my hands are small or just that weak) but I do love the portability of it.

Just a rubber / polymer donut but it works great. Nothing wrong with it - doesn't smell funny, have sharp edges, or leave a stain, or fall apart. Decent hand strength tool. I'm still looking for a previous Nike tool I had that incorporated the thumb more directly.

Bought the black ring. Good resistance, strong material. Will monitor for prolonged durability and comment after I've used it for a month. Just a side note: measurements are in kilograms not pounds, 25 kilograms is 55 pounds of resistance. Just make sure you know what you're ordering.

These little flex rings work very well. I first found out about these exercise rings 12 years ago and have been using them ever since. The colors are fun.

I feel like I was ripped off. I canceled ordering other products to get this because it sounded like you get all six rings for this price. Be aware that you only get ONE ring. In my opinion the description looks intentionally misleading.

Seems to help out with some of the stiffness I have been feeling in my fingers... and seems to be building strength as well...

We ordered these instead of another group of them because you could select the color. Nothing was mentioned that each color is a different kg. Ordered two, one for each kid, a different color to keep it simple. The yellow one is only 15 kg. & was for my oldest kid because it is his favorite color. Yet, the grey one is 25 kg & was to be for my youngest. Really wish the description game the needed information of kg.......Now besides that, they work fine and will do.
