The Best Matte Top Coat Because I've tried against others and didn't compare and just tried it against Beetles Matte Top Coat and it was Awful ...it was Sticky even after drying 120 under lamp... even wiped and it still was Sticky and had some shine still showing... So Kiara sky is the Best for Matte Top Coat...no stickiness ...no wiping...

Great top coat

I really like this gel combo set. It’s thin, not too thick like some other companies. It goes on smooth and cures quickly under the light. It also holds up very well; I’ve gotten about 2-3 weeks of wear at a time before changing my nail color. My polish doesn’t chip or peel when I use this combo to prep and seal whatever color I choose. I will say it is a true soak off gel polish. It takes a bit of time to get the polish off when I do change it. Which is a good thing, I believe that’s why it holds up so well for weeks at a time.

If I could leave no stars I would. The base coat is peeling off. When I apply the gel polish over the base coat and cure it the polish bubbles up and crinkles. Does not work properly.

I used to use the DND (Daisy) Matte Top Coat. After finding this one, I can’t go back. It doesn’t flake away, and acts like a good gel top coat. I use the regular DND gel top coat and the Kiara Sky’s Matte is comparable to it, as far normal wear and tear. I did have to put a second top coat layer, at the beginning of my second week. I was doing activities that would wear them down. I’d suggest doing 2 layers of the Matte top coat when doing your nails.

It works on the thicker side so keep that in mind with your design and preferences. I rather over cure than cure at the 30seconds it instructs because of the thickness. I just don’t suggest using with KS colors because the layers will stack up too much.

I primarily use dip powder/acrylic however I LOVE this base coat to adhere full cover tips to my natural nail. Process: Nail prep, dehydrator, acid free primer, basecoat, nail tip and cure. Then I do my dip powder/nail art/whatever on top. I've done 4 manicures on my own hands with this brand/method. No lifting and perfect adhesion and I am rough with my hands (type all day, garden, dogs, make jewelry, etc). I get 2-3 weeks with no issues. Probably could easily get more but I get bored with my mani and usually switch by two weeks.

Been using Kiara Sky products over a year and they are game changer. The soak off gel base coat from amazon is LEGIT REAL. It works the same as any base coat from KS. I have previously purchased many products before from Kiara Sky website but, needed item soon and didn't have time to wait. Anyways, item works flawless as usual and well secured box shipment!
