Pizza Cutter from Gozbit with 14" Handle - Rock & Dice Stainless Steel Blade - Professional Grade

This is a nice pizza cutter! It is well made and I like the wood handle. We only make medium sized pizzas because that size is easier to control in our pizza oven, and this cutter is perfect for slicing medium sized pizzas with one pass. It is a little shorter from end to end than other cutters but that actually makes it the perfect size to store in a regular kitchen drawer. The blade is a little deeper than most pizza cutters though, and that is a plus. The deeper blade will slice through a whole watermelon with one cut and then make the rest of the slicing of the melon a breeze, same with smaller melons, other large fruit such as pineapple too. I made a full steam sized pan of pico de gallo and you know if you do fresh pico in a food processor, you bruise and juice the veggies that way. So, all of my jalapenos, onions and cilantro chopped up in a flash with this monster, then after halving the tomatoes with another knife, I was able to coarse chop the tomatoes as well. And because the blade is so big, you can just load all your chopped stuff on it and deposit it in your bowl, your platter...wherever! This isn't your average pizza cutter...it's a kitchen monster and I love it!

This cutter is a very versatile tool. It does a fantastic job on pizza.cutting and dicing vegetables, and several tasks in baking bread and pastries, including the cutting of lattice strips for pies. I chose to mount it to the inside of a cabinet door, where the sharp edge is completely and securely, concealed; thus protecting one's hand and arm from accidental contact with the sharp edge of the blade. It is a great tool.

I bought this rocking Pizza cutter to use for Soap. When I make soap in slab molds, cutting them with a regular kitchen knife was not working out very well for me, so I searched and searched for something more affordable than the very expensive slab mold soap cutting tools available from soap equipment suppliers.This works out perfectly. I like that I can use the rocking motion to ensure an even and straight cut. The bend also helps start the cut along the sides (I pre-measure on the sides and the tops to try and get squared edges.)It leaves no unsightly marks on the soap as long as I clean it off between cuts.

Should have ordered a pizza cutter like this from the start! I'm not sure why I wasting time dealing with the rickety stupid pizza wheel. This gadget is so much easier and actually cutes the crust! Imagine that! No rolling over the same piece 3 times!I have also used this to cut fresh ciabatta bread! Made great, clean slices. If you make stuffing during the holidays this will save you so much time. I use this to cube the bread.It's very possible that these are all typical uses for this gadget but I've been living under a rock!

great pizza cutter. nicely sharp (I don't understand others' complaints of too sharp -- sharp is good, blunt is bad in my books). not quite as heavy as I would have liked, but heavy enough to plow through both thick-crusted and thin-crusted pizzas. great tool for the money; recommend it highly if you are serious about pizza. infinitely better than a pizza wheel (apparently another item of discussion among reviewers for some un-understandable reason) since it actually cuts fast and clean.

Very nice quality in this knife. The cuts with the Pizza Cutter from Gozbit are very easy. Their recommendation to keep two hands on the cutting handle side during slicing the pizza. Great holiday present.

This pizza cutter is great! It sliced through our pizzas without hesitation and we had perfect slices! It is very heavy duty and will last our family for years! Much more efficient than those rolling cutters. I am tempted to see how it works on cutting cake slices....

The Gozbit cuts through my homemade pizza with ease and with hardly any effort. We have pizza every Friday. Months ago I bought a rolling circular blade and when I used it, I would curse it. No more cursing for me...I highly recommend The Gozbit!
