I had a mat from another company. Mat was great but I felt I could have taken a good bit more "stimulation" than what my current mat provided. I looked at another few and even ordered one but it wasn't even as aggressive as the one I had. This one though, this thing ROCKS! First time I laid down on this is was in bliss in less than a minute. This thing is SHARP and REALLY gets the endorphins going. This thing really digs in. It actually stayed on my back until I was mostly up after using it the first time. I use this bareback. I've got some piriformis issues so I sit on this thing bare-butt for about ten minutes after which I'm good for a few days. If you're looking to step-up the intensity level I HIGHLY recommend this thing. Worth every penny.

USE CAUTION HANDLING. Do not jam it in or grab with your hand, as you can cut yourself on the rosettes. However, if you handle with care, follow instruction and ease yourself down on the mat... AHHHHMAZING! At first I thought this was a gimmick, but after 2 minutes on the mat, I was converted. It hits the right spot to ease tensions, and the neck pillow is also great for resting feet. While it won't feel like you just got a deep tissue massage, you do feel relaxed and stimulated, causing this elated feeling of ease in your headspace and physical muscles.

The whole thought of laying on those spiky disks freaked me out and I was skeptical. But I figured for the price, what was I to lose. Best investment ever! Anytime my back hurts I just lay down on the mat and pillow for 15 minutes and relax and I feel so much better afterwards!

This thing works amazingly. I used to have one many many years ago. It’s basically acupuncture but not involving any help other that mat. I have headaches all the time, my husband does construction, we use it everyday

Listen... this is the best alternative to the expensive ones! The lotus tips are very strong! The cloth came un sewn in one spot but I sewed it and it's fine now. Definitely recommend for sciatica pain!!! Its helped so much I could cry tears of joy! If you're wondering if it works, it definitely does!!!

This thing is AMAZING!! I purchased from another brand for myself and from this brand for my boyfriend since I preferred the color of the other seller for me. But MAN... not all acupressure mats are created equal because my bfs mat from this company was painfully divine while mine from another was duuull. 😫 i now have learned my lesson haha

This mat works best for me if I use it on bare skin. It takes some getting used to. I had it on the floor outside my bathroom so every time I walked by it I tried stepping on at until I could stand for a while. I especially like the pillow as my neck is almost always tight and sore.
