Good product, making my lashes grow!
I have severe dry eyes and my dr recommended an eyelid scrub. I use this in the shower. Just a tiny pump on my finders and I rub it on my eyes along the lash line for about 10-15 seconds. It seems to do the job but I am using other products for dry eyes so I can't say for sure how much this product has helped my dry eyes. One good news is that my lashes are growing like her and I have new lashes forming! It is so strange. I also think that by physically rubbing my eye lids is stimulating blood flow and therefore causing new lashes to grow. That's just my opinion but I like this product. The bottle says no need to rinse but since I am in the shower I do rinse it off. If it does get in my eyes there is a slight sting but doesn't last long.

not just for dry eyes/MGD; moisturizing, antiinflammatory, treated flakiness and rash
I have found this to be extremely useful after first using cliradex wipes and tea tree facial washes. I apply all over face with extra amounts on flaky areas and raised rash areas. I can use this light foam multiple times a day and do not rinse this off. This really improves the flakiness and rash that is breakout from ?tea tree or ?demodex die off reactions. I feel this quickly improves what I think is allergic reaction/atopic dermatitis or eczema after using tea tree oil products. I am not sure what the non-tea tree oil active ingredient in it that is the actual anti-demodex treatment it is supposed to be for; it is also supposed to be antibacterial that is also a part of what causes blepharities. However I do think the phytosphingoside ingredient is the one that helps the rash/flakiness/ restore skin barrier? Overall I highly recommend as part of arsenal for complex dry eye/MGD and skin issue, but especially use for facial skin rash/flakiness rather than on eyes, that I think tea tree and castor oil are more effective

LIFE SAVER FOR CHRONIC BLEPHARITIS
I have been getting styes and chalazions at least once a year since I was about 15. I thought I would NEVER be able to wear lashes regularly or any eye makeup b/c debris clogging my eyelash pores is the main cause, plus my oily skin. I had previously used only the pre moistened pads by Ocusoft, those are ok but it doesn’t do any good once a stye has already begun. But THIS!!!! The PLATINUM?!! Has changed my life. I use it in my cleaning routine once I take off lashes, and if I start to feel a stye coming on I immediately use this and it’s solved INSTANTLY! I’ve been wearing lashes more and more and have not had one stye or chalazion since I put this in my eye routine. The bottle is super small for the price in my opinion but a little goes a long way and the magic it does is worth it! If you get blepharitis styes and chalazions easy, you NEED THIS. Pair it with a heating eye mask, and you’re set!

Very effective, the best I’ve used!
This is the best lid scrub I’ve tried. I used to open my eyes very slightly when scrubbing, thinking it would get into the lid margins better, but this causes stinging, so I no longer do that, and I think it works just as well, with no stinging. Pretty expensive for such a small bottle, but you don’t need much. I only give it a tiny pump, and that’s enough. I like that it comes out as a foam. I don’t rinse after using, per the instructions, and my eyes feel great, with no stickiness. Good stuff for dry eye sufferers!

Refreshing
I really liked this foam eye cleaner. Makes your eyes feel clean and refreshed. I also like the foam. Easy to use and non-messy. Try not to get into your eyes. The tea tree does burn a little.

This is the holy grail if you have blepharitis, MGD, chalazion, or ocular rosacea!!
I've been diagnosed with all the eyelid issues ever, and have been through years of puffy eyelids that get swollen shut, styes/chalazion unresponsive to medications and requiring surgical drainage etc. As December rolled around and the cold weather hit (always the trigger for my eyes), I woke up last week with eyelids nearly swollen shut. Sick of both internal and external prescriptions (oral antibiotics, eyedrops, eye ointment, etc) that only bring me moderate relief and take weeks to have even some relief, I did one more search of the internet and found this. I had used Ocusoft's products before with minor improvements, but read that this version is most useful for inflammation. Within a few hours of the first application there was noticeable reduction in the swelling, so I applied it again before bed. Typically upon waking my eyes are nearly swollen shut and take hours of hot compresses to reduce- while my eyes were still more swollen this morning than last night, they weren't nearly what they typically are, and within a few hours after the morning application the swelling had gone down 80%- even more than they were after the first day of using it. This is more improvement than I've seen with any other product I've tried, whether it's OTC or prescription, and so much less invasive than other options. My assumption is that with further use the swelling will continue to go down, but even if it doesn't, what I have today is far better (and faster) improvement than the cocktail of prescriptions and hot compresses.I saw complaints about the price- those people may not have been as desperate as the people who this product is designed for (moderate to severe). In my book, paying for this is still less expensive than the copay to my ophthalmologist, definitely less than the copays for 3-4 different prescriptions, and a thousand times less invasive or uncomfortable than the drainage that's necessary once the chalazion appear from the chronic inflammation. For those of you who are severe, this product is more than worth the price.I leave it on- there's no need to rinse it off. I just give my eyes a few moments to let the product dry before opening them and they're fine. I saw complaints that it stings once it hits the eye... as long as you keep your eyes closed for a few moments while it dries on the lid it shouldn't get in the eye and cause discomfort. You also don't need a full pump to get enough product to cover both eyelids/lashlines.
