Please note our filter is 10 in x 2-1/2 in, and it fits most brand filtration systems with a 10-inch filter unit. We have 5/10/20/50 micron available, you can choose a 5-micron water filter which is as same as the whkf-GD05, I believe it will work well for you.

**Q: Which filter housings do these fit into?**
A: I use it in a Omni Regular, and the GE whole house filter.  The Omni Regular takes two filters and these fit both sides.

**Q: Does the filter work for pentair whole house salt softener & carbon combo system pac 7?**
A: Not familiar enough to comment

I’ve been using this product for years, and have it on auto-ship. I live out in a rural area, on well water, with a high iron content. I thus, have my well water go through the 20 micron filter, before arriving into the water softener (where there is a filter basket in the motor mechanism). This filter prevents me having to to make a service call to take apart that system to clean that filter. I then have the water go through a 5 micron filter of same size, on the exit, for a double filtered system for all of my housewater. These are reliable filters and they arrive timely, as scheduled. I change my filters monthly.
