M-Rail Contoured Bed Rail

I bought this for my elderly mother who has problems with falling and getting up, and falling out of bed. She absolutely loves this bed-rail!! It is very sturdy (she is heavy-set) and now she doesn't fall out of bed anymore! She finds it's easy and helpful for getting in & out of bed, plus the padding on the hand-rail is nice for comfort & grip. I highly recommend this bed-rail.

I installed this on my 89 yr. old mother-in-laws bed to help her sit up in bed and get in and out. The rail is well designed and sturdy. Because she is so short, we have her mattress and box spring flat on the floor with no bed rail. This device does not need to be secured to the bed rail to work. It neatly wraps around and under the box spring. She has found it to be very helpful and never fails to thank me for installing it.

I like the m-rail but found the cheap plastic fasteners not right for this product. When we installed it the plastic fasteners just snapped off. Since the company that sent the m-rail said there was no return to them and to contact the manufacturer, I was then forced to look up the manufacturers info on line and contact them. they were nice enough to send me replacement fasteners that were metal. I believe that they should all come that way. It could be a safety issue. I encourage buyers to make sure that when purchasing the product that it comes with metal fasteners.

Excellant! Bought it for my 220 lb. 88 year old father who has dementia, balance issues, arthritis in hips/knees and history of recent falls during the night. Easy to install and well made. He is very pleased with it.

This was a good purchase for my mom at assisted living to help her get out of bed....and to help her to not fall out of the bed since her assisted living place at BENCHMARK does NOT allow hospital beds to keep the engineered parts that come on them to be used. It's a sad thing when you need to buy an after market part to put onto a well designed hospital bed in the first place. This product seems to have helped. It is really stable and she enjoys the assistance it gives her and gives us all piece of mind to know she is safer in bed.

Easy to assemble and works as advertised. Note, with heavy pillow-top king size bed, the rail is secure enough so that I did not need to attach the straps to the box spring.

Product came quickly, and through this company was well priced! Easy to put together and better for my Grandmother getting in and out of bed than the others we have purchased. Padded bars are a great plus!
