Comfortable
I am 6'4", 365 lbs. I am amazed how well the 3-XL fits. I was worried that they would not provide coverage up to the knee, because of my height. I am impressed. I am not sure about the durability of the sock as I have just worn them. But I am ordering 4 more pairs.

Decent
These socks are soft and comfy. My only issue with them is that the top of the sock frays so I am continually cutting off stretchy elastic. They're ok but nothing fantastic.

Great purchase
Bought these recently for a long flight, and they worked perfectly. Follow the sizing chart using direct measurements, and you can't go wrong with the fit.

4xl over 6xl 3xl and xl for me
4xl is my best fit but others xl 3xl and 6xl all fit. Xl bound and imprinted the stocking pattern. It dug in at the top also. 3xl rides down then the rolled top digs into my leg.6xl was okay. I’ve fluctuated in weight so I’d guess fluctuated in calf size too and can’t recall to correspond calf size to stocking size. Foot size was loose across the board. I like to wear socks over the stockings so there’s less wear on the more expensive stocking.I wish the top had a thicker band with silicone dots for skin traction.Nonetheless these are the best non prescription stockings I’ve found so far. Runner up is Wasser on Amazon.

Expensive compression socks
While it is good that the toe box is angled for comfortable toes, unlike others that are squared, I am not sure it was necessary to have a stiched on label stating left and right sock. Out of the washer, the socks fit snuggly but tend to stretch out over the day losing compression, which is not good as they can slip down. Having a looser top fit is also good as it prevents binding at the knee. Satisfactory but expensive at $35 a pair when others at the $8-10 mark maintain compression all day. The material is softer than most though.

surprisingly great
i usually need to get custom made for my large legs...when they first arrived i thought no way will i get those on but when i tried in were really good. I bought the 5x and it seems to keep my swollen legs down. My only complaint is the top is quite tight and rolls. I just bought a second pair,

Comfortable
My husband has cellulitis and his legs got really big. We had trouble getting socks for him. We where told he should be wearing compression socks so I found these. He finds them very comfortable enough to got through the hassle of putting them on every day. They don’t have a cuff at the top so they don’t cut in to his legs.

Fit perfectly
I bought these for my mom who has lymphedema. We have gone through so many kinds and none fit. I measured her leg and ordered as per their guide and they fit perfectly!!! I ordered a second pair already for her.
