If you’re looking for a forearm exerciser that works, this will do a good job. But it makes the MOST ANNOYINGLY SCREECHING NOISE the whole time. I’m not sure if mine ours is defective but when my husband uses it, I want to accidentally throw it away. If you don’t mind having your ears molested, then buy this. Otherwise, I’d keep looking.....

Pretty cool device. It's tough, though, even though it's the medium resistance level. I'd rather have the light resistance level, but it's impossible to find.

Excellent product to engage the rotational muscles of the forearm. Lightweight plastic and ok quality. I really like it.

The Forearm Max is OK. However when I received a contact from a customer of the Forearm Max (before I purchased the Forearm Max), the other person told me that the Forearm Max was better than the Iron Arms. The person told me that it is stronger tension and not made out of cheap plastic . I had previously purchased the Iron Arms thru Amazon and was looking for more tension. The Forearm Max is: 1. Is also made out of Plastic; 2. Exactly the same tension as the regular Iron Arms. Anyway I decided to return and Amazon was good about providing the postage return label quickly!In summary the Forearm Max works ok but is not any better than the other Amazon product: Iron Arms that is why I gave it a rating of 3.Because I was disappointed about the tension not being any tougher!

This small tool make it possible to excercise on office chairs. Even 10 minutes makes a lot difference to your body.

Forearm training is difficult.An end requires a lot of time , and also motivation does not go up simply.However, I can use this device waching TV, so I recommend it. If there is time to watch television at any rate, I will recommend you to train at the same time.

My son is boxing, so it was present for him. He can train all muscle necessary to punch, and that also rise certainly. He is saying that it is better to be trained easily while watching TV above all. I am sure this was a very good present.
