I bought this well priced product recently to add variety, fun and participation to meals at home with family and friends. This raclette is easy to set up, looks good on the table, heats up fast and the food cooks well and evenly both on the top hot plates and under the grill. It is an enjoyable and social process watching the food cook. We cooked lamb steaks which we were able to grill to our own choice easily and the vegetables were delicious too with the cheesey potatoes bubbling and brown in the individual pans underneath the hot plate. So the cooking was fun and easy and the cleaning up afterwards was easy too! The nonstick surface made for simple cleaning after everything had cooled down completely. The non stick pans and griddle means that food can be cooked with little or no added oils which is a healthy option, and grilled veggies have the dark charred stripes which is visually appealing too. I recommend this product.

I had recently ordered a raclette and returned it the same day due to poor quality.......this however is in a different league all together.Everything about thus screams quality, from the cast aluminium reversible pans, the 8x wooden spatulas, the 2m lead and especially the parking bays for just used hot pans.....awesome.Looks wonderfull too......Highly recommend.Don't buy cheap, don't buy expensive, buy this one.

We've used it a few times already and it's always been a very social meal.A great opportunity to try out different meats, marinates and vegetables. The grill and pans at the bottom are good for melting cheese but don't expect to cook anything.The griddle pan at the top is great, big enough for 4 people. I guess you would struggle to find enough space for 6 people.My only real complaint is that the griddle plates on the top take a bit longer to clean. Depending on your marinade, things can bake in properly and you will need to soak the before trying to clean them.Overall, a really good raclette grill - I can recommend it!

Looks really good on the table. The lead is pretty long (unlike some). Heats very quickly and maintains temperature very well - no burning but still hot enough to keep cheese at correct consistency. Very pleased.

I was originally looking for a product that I could use to keep food warm once it had been cooked like a Tabletop Hostess Unit but came across this product and thought it would be perfect for my family meals as it can also be used to cook food at the table, making it more of social thing and one person isn’t stuck in the kitchen. I first used it for a Mexican Night where I had 6 of my family round for Fajitas. It has an Elegant, Sleek design with a sturdy stand. I hardly had to use any oil on the Non stick pan making it healthier and during cooking it browned the chicken well. The pan is split into 2 parts, I did chicken in one side and mushrooms in the other side and it was large enough to feed 6-8 people, possibly more depending on what you was cooking. It also has a Long power lead so I could plug it in an not have to use an extension lead.The only things I would change on it would be if the if the lid was on a hinge so it could be lifted up and down instead of taking the whole lid off completely and that the 2 sections of the pan could be controlled at different temperatures for each side however there is a control dial that has High, Low and Warm settings. Both of these things I don’t think are major problems. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, I’ve had lots of compliments on it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I wI’ll definitely be purchasing other products from the range.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new gadget! It’s very elegant, sturdy but lightweight, safe and so easy to use and cleaning is simple. I have used it in the dining room, to cook and keep food hot but I’ve realised it’s going to be so useful for al fresco eating too. I like to have stir fried vegetables with our barbecues and it will be so nice to be able to be outside with everyone else rather than rushing in and out of the kitchen. It’s large enough to meet our family’s and friends’ needs when we have our social events. It will of course need an extension lead but that’s not a problem. Overall, an excellent appliance at a very good price.

Lovely thng to do with fam and friends. Looks lovely with the wooden details. Temperature control is a little off, it gets either really hot or too low.

Used this for the first time today.Pros.Great fun and a fun new way to have dinner with the kids.Fairly easy to clean afterwards but the grill tops need to be soaked firstCons.Whilst it seems to get really hot, it takes a long time to cook things.The grills will melt cheese and warm through veggies but you won’t cook meats in there.The grill pans are quite lose when under and doesn’t feel secure.All in all it’s fun and the quality pretty good but takes time to cook.
