I received an email saying they had received my device. In the same day I got an email saying my device had been repaired. 2-3 days later it was delivered to my front door. Repairs were made and my device was back to normal. Great job.

The easiest warranty claim I've ever filed
I hate dealing with warranty companies. So much so I almost never purchase them just to avoid the hassle. However, 2 years ago I purchased an Asurion warranty for a very expensive headset I purchased on Amazon. After experiencing some extensive and premature wear and tear I decided to file the warranty claim and see if I qualified for repairs. I performed a quick search thru my Amazon history and grabbed my order number and date of purchase, then went to my email history and found the warranty email from Asurion. I mentally prepared myself for the headache before I went to the website to file. On the website I put in my order number and answered like 5 or 6 questions (it literally took like 5 minutes). About another 5 minutes after I sent the claim, I got a text saying Asurion was sending me a gift card for the entire purchase amount within 2 to 3 business days of receiving my defective item (still skeptical). They emailed me a prepaid return label, that I printed and took to a UPS drop-off location. At this point (still mentally prepared) I was ready to play the waiting game. I bs you not, about 30 minutes later I got a text saying Asurion had sent me an email with my gift card. No 2-3 business days, no phone calls with additional questions, no asking to speak to a supervisor because the phone reps were clueless, none of what I was expecting. They didn't even have the da$# thing yet! This was one of the truly no haggle experiences I've had when dealing with a company. I told 3 or 4 friends about my awesome experience that day, and decided to leave a review here too. I can't stress enough how easy this was. I will NEVER make another large electronics purchase on Amazon without one of these policies. Never.

The gift card replacement game quickly after they said the item could ñot be fixed, but it took longer than they said to evaluate the item for possible repairs. That is my only issue, everything else was quickly done

"Lost my Nintendo Switch"
I purchased this protection plan with my Nintendo Switch and when I sent it in for a simple repair I got zero updates about it and when I called to find out what happed the first time they said that it had just arrived and to give them 7-10 business days. The guy also said that he'll update my claim so it'll show me what's happening with it instead of it still showing my shipping label. The second time I called the guy told me that my package had a different shipping label from the one they had given me on the email and was being very rude and aggressive when I asked him how and what happened to cause this and he continued to ignore the question and talk over me to tell me that he was transferring me over to the lost department before hanging up. The guy also updated my claim to say it was complete and now it's saying to start another claim using the same protection plan. I finally received my switch back in the same exact condition I sent it in. The problem was one of their people was supposed to send me the shipping label for my switch but ended up opening another case for another item I purchased and sent a shipping label for that one. This caused my switch to end up in the refurbished area and get lost in their system before weeks later contacting me asking if I wanted to get it repaired or sent back. I chose just to send it back so I didn't have to worry about any other mistakes on their end and losing my console for good. I still wouldn't try them again because the whole time they weren't helpful and would constantly give me different answers to get me off the phone like telling me that my switch was currently being worked on and to give them 7-10 business days which clearly ended up being a lie. Eventually I reported them to the BBB and one of the higher-ups called me the next day trying to figure out the situation and she eventually found my switch in the refurbished area days after calling.
