Original Beeboard World Thinnest Bluetooth Rechargeable Foldable Keyboard for iOS/Android Device/Windows PC

I was really hoping this keyboard would work well and solve my problems, I needed a small, quiet keyboard for my office space and studying, but when I first tried it out the entire second row of keys is unresponsive and does not work, I can't figure out why, other than that my keyboard is defective. I saw other great reviews but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this for purchase. The keys that do work seem to work great but with a whole row of keys not working this is pretty much useless to me.

The product doesn't have any damage when it's first come, but as soon as I charge, I found a problem. The red light doesn't stay like it's supposed to. I don't know when it's finished charging. After 3 days, some keys are not working. The seller also don't reply to emails. Huge disappointment.

I bought this really thin cool keyboard around 2017 and worked great until last night. The first row ( where we have the numbers and delete button) stopped working and I did find any support on the internet. I don’t know what to do :/ I really like the design, the felling that this thinnest of product Brings, but now it is useless for me without numbers and delete button :/ Can Amazon help ?

The 2 stars are just for the design; however, this keyboard a flop. The entire top row keys are not working and some other ones. I wish I could get my money back for that's just a waste.
