Well, 200 fps at 60hz doesn't mean anything. You won't notice any difference until your monitor can keep up with the frames per second. Otherwise ur just wasting 140 fps that may cause ghosting.

Q: Is it height adjustable?

The stand it comes with doesn't allow height adjustments. But since it's VESA compatible, you could attach it to any monitor stand/arm that's VESA compatible.
