DIFFERENT THAN REMEMBERED
Product tastes okay but not the same as remembered. The memory of the butterscotch krimpets is sweeter and more "butterscotchy". This one tastes alright but if you want it to be the same as the past then you are going to be disappointed. That does not mean that it isn't edible because it was but it is different than it used to be. Will I buy it again? Probably not because like I said it was not as remembered. I will look for other Tastykake products to purchase.

Arrived just under sell by date but they were still fresh & delicious. I froze some of them for later and they were as good as the first one I tried when the arrived. Very happy with the quality as well as the delivery which was quicker than expected.

Not much good comes out of Philadelphia. One of the few exceptions is Tastykake Krimpets.

Super dry
I wanted a taste of home i.e. the East Coast. You can’t get Tastykakes over in the west coast. I got a taste but the cake and frosting were both really dry. I guess I can say I know where to get them if I need them but I might just have to get them when I go back to the east coast as they seem to taste better and fresher.

Great taste plus reasonably priced.
Little Debbie's are about the same in taste and price as these krumpet cakes, so deciding to buy krumpets had to do mostly with the price differential ...... In a 3 pk purchase totaling 36 single cakes the price averages out to 60 cents per cake. I found a liking for these desserts, so down the line, I'll re-order

As yummy as remembered.
Perfect gift for my dad who ate these as a kid. Haven't been able to get them since he moved west. Brought back good memories. These were delivered fresh and in great condition.

False Advertising
This was false advertisement. Did not get what I ordered. I got three packs of medicated cream and not the tasty cakes. Not a happy consumer!!!! Never had an experience like this.

The seem to ship out cakes that have less than a week to expire.
The cakes expiration date was 5 days away. I contacted tastycake and they advised me that the expiration is approx 3 weeks from date produced. In my local store the expiration date was over 2 weeks away.
