I feels like you're having a conversation with the author.If you're already on the real estate investment game and specially considering section 8 tenants, go ahead and invest in this book, you will not be disappointed.Thanks Mike and Nick.

This is a review for both Volume 1 and Volume 2. Loved both books, and wish there were more more more books by this author. I've read about every real estate book... And this was honestly the most helpful thing in real estate I've read in a long time. No BS, entertaining, and a lot of fun while being super practical and full of wisdom. The books are great and worth every penny (worth a lot more actually)!

This is al a great book to learn how to be a landlord. I will read it again, and again.

This book puts the paper in paperback. The cover is a glossy piece of paper stapled to the binding. For over $20 a book, this low quality seemed excessive, I would expect it from a $10 book...maybe.As for the book itself, I've read both volumes and both have some interesting ideas that I will use, and some that I won't. I like their ideas but sometimes I don't know how they haven't been sued hahaIt's worth the buy

One of the funniest books I've ever read. "ELIMINATE," Lol!!! And the story about why a lawn was being kept underwater. Lots more helpful tips too.

Really awesome read if you are currently a Section 8 landlord or thinking of getting into the game. In this volume the authors incorporated "war stories" from other landlords that were very informative. I really liked the way these books were written. Absolutely no BS about the real estate market at all. These guys put their money where their mouth is and are glad to share their lessons. Well done!

The kings of comedy showed us some more of their business stuff! Great book, poor quality though, but don't let that stop you. Volumes I and II are essential to have if you're serious about becoming a section 8 landlord. You don't have to go with everything they say, but they lay out what you will be in for. In other words, these guys show you the ropes. And they funny as hell! So you might die laughing.

I loved the writing style, many good infos in the book. Hope to receive volume I soon :-) looking foreward to the website
