Pentair 77707-0016 Manifold Replacement Kit Pool and Spa Heater

This was the original manufacturers product, complete with all parts installed, and ready to be connected. The install was easy, the product was priced fairly. Just make sure to not over tighten the bolts, you will crack the housing. Set your wrench at a lower setting then suggested at first

Like many others in Texas, had a cracked heater manifold from the freeze in Feb. This replacement fit perfectly, came with all the parts (o-rings, bolts, silicon grease, etc.) and was pretty easy to install.

This is a perfect replacement for my Pentair Master Temp 400. Easy to install. Arrived quick, actually 2 days earlier than scheduled. And priced reasonable.

Great price and as advertised!FYI, this includes everything located inside and attached to the manifold EXCEPT the Thermal Regulator and spring. You will either need to order that kit separately or swap out the parts from the manifold you are replacing. In the Q&A section, some folks were saying it doesn't include the Bypass Valve. The manifold I received DID include this valve already installed on the inside of the unit.

Nice replacement manifold set. Fit just like it should and came with new bolts. These seem to be a pattern problem for these Pentair heaters. My original manifold sprung a tiny leak (pinhole) at just over a year old. Company that did original heater install refused to cover under warranty. I got pissed and ordered the manifold here on Amazon and installed myself. Easy install if you have any kind of mechanical skills at all.

Came with all 4 sensors. Great bargain.
