We ordered 2 and both were defective

Do not purchase these heaters.
These heaters were advertised as new but they are not! They are refurbished heaters that we had to fix to be able to use! We contacted Amazon directly and informed them that the seller did not disclose that these were refurbished units. The amazon rep said that was not something that amazon condones and that she would help us. We waited two days and never heard a thing, from either the seller or Amazon. Very disappointed in this purchase. We would love a partial or whole refund but we know that will probably never happen. We are using the units now after much repair at our end and expense.
