Quixx Windshield Repair Kit / Windscreen Repair Kit

My car was due it's MOT and we knew we had a chip in the windscreen but as it was quite low down behind the steering wheel, we thought it'll be ok. Good job we checked a few days before as although it wasn't in eyesight it was still classed as a MOT Fail. We ordered this and it arrived the next day, we tried it out in the evening and although it filled the main hole and some of the shooting cracks of it, it didn't fill it 100% (just little shards were still visible). However, knowing where the chip was it made it more obvious to us but took it in for it's MOT and no comment on it whatsoever, so fabulous!! I would say the car passed with flying colours but apparently filling the chip doesn't mean it will fix the dodgy rusty trim. haha!

Used as per instructions. Made no apparent difference to chip in windscreen and chip remains visible.

Don't waste your money it doesn't give a invisible repair so what's the point you can still see the damaged area

Don't buy it is not working . The shaft what push the resin into the windscreen of the car is too thin and cannot push the resin . Waste of money !!!!!! The most useles thing i ever get

Reperatur hat 30 minuten gedauert, mit einem ergebnis das sich defenetiv sehen lassen kann. Super geeignet wenn man einfach nur das meiste vertuschen möchte und ein weiteres einreißen des Steinschlages vermeiden möchte. In der Makro aufnahme ist selbstverständlich noch etwas zu sehen, aber in der Realität fällt es eigentlich kaum noch auf. Für einen Preis von 14€ kann ich das kit allemal empfehlen, ist wesentlich billiger als das ganze bei Carglass und co. machen zu lassen. Auf Youtube gibt es auch eine Video Anleitung wie genau man das Kit verwendet. Ich sollte dazu erwähnen das ich die Reperatur bei ungefair 20°C unter direkter Sonneneinstrahlung gemacht habe.
