Great hot sauce with a really great taste and not to high on the heat level.

I am a wuss and break into a sweat with Medium salsa. This stuff is so tasty - it has the smoky flavor of Habanero but just enough spice to break a sweat. I love it. So do my kids.

First off, I really like this hot sauce. It's hot but not too hot. I couldn't find it locally so I was happy to see it available on Amazon. It comes as a 3 pack which might be a turn off for people that just want to try it for the first time. But, it's really good and I definitely recommend.

My wife and I love this stuff!! I know it sounds crazy but we live in a small city of 14,000 and when the one local store quit selling Cajun Sunshine we freaked. The closest supply is 65 miles away and they aren't always dependable. When I discovered it was on Amazon I quickly ordered it. Cajun Sunshine is the tastiest hot sauce in my opinion. It's tangy without masking the flavor of the food you use it on. I use it on everything from kielbasa to green beans and peas. A dash on a slice of cheese pizza is interesting too.

I have a sensitive mouth. This product has lts of flavor but is mild!!

This is my all time favourite hot sauce, it's not too spicy, just a bit more than Tabasco, but less than Sriracha. I friggin love it on everything, great flavour, not too much of a burn, has replaced Tabasco and other similar vinegar hot sauces for me completely.
