Does the opposite..
Bought this to filter the water going into the Pro Breeze, but it did the opposite, made the water smell like algae and left little dots on the atomizer elements and eventually ruined the ultrasonic humidifier.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUKT..
