Not 20000mah capacity battery.
Advertised as 20000mah capacity or 20ah. Myself and online testing found far less than half capacity. Cannot be returned to Amazon. Good luck sending it back to China. I was going to use just for the USB ports for the capacity. Don't expect to get the amp hours out of them for charging phones and other uses. Disappointed with Amazon.

Won't recharge after 5 months
After 5 months of using it to charge my iPhone 7 it no longer accepts a charge. I left it on the charger overnight and the LED stays at 1. I hope my other two will last longer.

Unimpressed
Just received mine and first off notice the packaging is very cheap. Upon opening was disappointed to see what appears to be a cheaply made product. The instructions are very small and the illustrations are blurry and unhelpful. Unimpressed so far.

To take the key out of the ignition when attempting a restart.
I used the charger to start a friends vehicle. I hadn’t recharged my device for close to two years but it was still fully charged and capable of easily starting his car. My buddies were amazed at how this small unit could start a car with a dead battery and frankly so was I since this was the first time I had used it from the time I purchased it years ago.

Saved me literally
I bought this around Christmas 2018 for my car. Just recently this September 2019, I was at a Southern California Beach parking lot that closes at 10 pm. The lot has closed entry at 10 pm, and only an exit with the tire damage slashers out after 10 pm. To make a long story short, it would have been very hard to have AAA arrive at this remote location and jump my battery. I dug into my trunk and pulled this thing out, keep in mind it was setting there for almost 10 months. I turned it on. Red the instructions which were poorly written, and small, had to find a light post to read them and infer what it was saying. Played with the battery back cycling through the power modes, and then plugged in the jumper cables, and attached them to the battery and it worked. Barring the poorly written instructions, and the fact that I can't use it to charge my iphone 6s, it held a charge for 9 months with 4 bars, and started a 2015 honda battery that was never changed, the battery is almost 5 years old. I give it a 4 star rating. If yours doesn't work, ask the seller to replace it. It did work for me when I needed it!

Very dependable and worth the money. I have purchased 3 and plan to purchase more for gifts.
One of the best gifts to give anyone. I have had one for two years and have jumped off 3 cars and my granddaughter takes it to school functions out of town to help charge everyone’s phones. It is peace of mind when they are out of town and keeps them connected.

Good jumper for a cheaper unit
Used this 3 times to jump a car and didn’t have to charge it yet so I know you can at least get a few jumps before charging. I’m questionable about the amp hour after charging my phone and a Bluetooth speaker it was already needing charged. Still good product for the price.

Defective first attempt to jump a vehicle.
I have bought and used similar products in the past. I was disappointed with this one but it is possible from looking at other reviews that mine was an anomaly that it was defective. The case expanded/exploded the first time that I tried to use it. I was able to snap it back together but then it melted down when I put it on the charging cable. The seller did refund my money quickly when I contacted them.
