Packing is not good
Good mug. However, the packing is not that good to protect the mug and also box is broken as well(you may look at attached photos).

Love this mug, use it to drink my coffee everyday. I have plenty of mugs, but prefer this out of all of them. Highly recommend as a gift to someone, mug collector or just a big 'Friends' fan like myself. Worth every penny
