Most "good-for-you" cereals taste more like punishment. I saw this cereal advertised in a nutritional newsletter I have been getting for 20+ years & decided to order some. THIS order is a reorder. It tastes great & fills me up. It's good for you. Eat as is or add fruit/or nuts. I drink it with soy, coconut, or dairy milks & it tastes amazing with any of them. No more cardboard "healthy" cereals for me. This is the one!

Taste is a step or two above cardboard, but I don't care. High in fiber and low in sugar, I'll be ordering more. You have to wait until you are ready to use it before ordering, though. The "Smart Bran" flavor I bought at the same time had a December next year expiration date. The Multibran Flakes had a December date; December like next month!

I Was looking for a convenient food product (especially for days when I eat little/fast) that would ffed my gut bacteria and help me pass my bowels, but had high fiber, limited ingredients and minimal processing. This product had what I was looking for. And serves its purpose with bowel movements. I literally pass my bowels everyday now; off just half a cup, with added Berries.My only issue with this product is the added sugar. Even though it's a small amount, it's severely not needed. u can't even taste the sugar anyways, so why was it even added?

Needed to increase my fiber intake, so was quite happy at the grams of fiber per serving. Taste was ok; expected cardboard but this was much better. Stayed fairly crunchy in milk. Most importantly, it was effective (if you know what I mean)!

Absolutely my new favorite cereal of all time. Well, Cinnamon Toast Crunch is still #1 but this is the best choice for a healthy diet.Like other peeps said, it has a lot of fiber, low sugar, good taste, and best part is that doesn't get soggy quickly. All the boxes came opened for some reason, but the bags inside were still tightly sealed. I like to add a few dried dates for more fiber.

This is the best cereal I have ever had. The taste is amazing and the cereal stays crunchy until the end. The cereal has a nice amount of fiber. I couldn't live without this cereal.

Great cereal, actually has flavor, was fresh upon opening, and not a lot of ingredients. Very happy with this product. Great morning cereal (or anytime cereal, really). This is a yes from me.

Good stuff, especially mixed with some fruit. Typical high quality you can expect from Nature's Path. Try it out.

My husband loved this healthy cereal, with low sugar, high fibre and protein.

I use this cereal as a mixer to add to many other cereals.

Just received 2 boxes which have an expiry date in 3 weeks. Should be minimum 1 year.
