FairfieldSolarize Liner Fabric, White 22" by 20 Yard Roll

Absolutely love this material for the outside (facing towards the sunlight) of my RV shades. Keeps it cool without any bulk or hassle or needing to carry or arrange refllectix. I've hung them as a curtain on the window side and can have them rolled out of the way if I don't want them and just use my regular shades; I've found esp on my back windows they block the heat so well it keeps my dogs cool. Helps block night time light as well. I need to redo mine after 2 years as the material is thin and can tear, but there is plenty on the roll to remake them. I'm not expert in sewing so I'm certain they can be done better.

This stuff works. I used it as a middle layer to line curtains: so three layers of fabric total. The side of my new curtains that faces the window is very cold at night. The side facing the room is close to room temperature. I also wrapped it around large cardboard sheets for floor and wall insulation. It works 10x better than the double sided mylar bubble wrap I bought. I recommend pinning or using clothespins to secure it to your fabric prior to sewing. It moves a bit on longer seams. I would love to have another roll.

Last 2 rolls there is tape in the middle connecting 2 pieces. The quality of the fabric changes on the second half. It’s like the second section is irregular and they attach a good piece so you don’t notice until you’ve gotten to that point. 😡

This fabric works! I have a bedroom with 3 windows facing the morning sun. It heats up and is always significantly warmer than the rest of the house. I finally got all three windows covered with Fairfield's Solarize and today it was only a couple of degrees warmer--I couldn't even feel the difference. I then proceeded to cover the other three windows that get sun all day. My electric bill should be a lot less now that I the AC won't have to battle the sun all day. I wish I found this fabric years ago so that I could have been saving money all along. I highly recommend this fabric to help keep the heat out in the summer.
