My new favorite tea cup. Not too small, but not too large either. Just right. Seems well made and so far handles the intense heat from the water when pouring into it. Love that is has an actual handle so you don't have to worry about burning yourself carrying it around. One thing to note is the lid on top just "sits" on top of the cup. It doesn't screw on or anything. I was sorta thinking it did and I would be able to walk around not worrying about spilling tea anywhere.As a few other reviews have mentioned the logo is kinda silly, both in the placement location and just being on the cup regardless. Doesn't need to be there, but doesn't really bother me all that much either.

I love. This was not a sample. I saw the cup and I had to have it. I had been carrying my Tea Forte’ KATI cup back and forth to work and it was a hassle. At any rate, this new infuser cup is fantastic. I like being able to see my tea as it is steeping. I am new at all of this, and I like to see it all happening. The cup is attractive, the glass isn’t too thin and it feels very well made. Much Love for this cup.The infuser sits nicely inside the cup and there is an o-ring that holds it into place with the lid. The infuser is also glass. It really is an attractive and functional set.

I am very disappointed in this. First the plastic rim around the infuser is just a bacteria magnet.Second when boiling hot water goes in the cup to steep the tea, the metal lid is too hot to handle after three or four minutes.The cup does not hold heat so the tea cools off too quickly.Sorry I really wanted to like this up but it does not work well.It will now be relegated to cabinet clutter.

Love the cup. However, there is an issue with the infuser. It is very difficult to remove it without scalding your fingers while the tea is still very hot, because the steam rises to your hand. Suggest a redesign that would put some type of handle on the infuser so that one's hand stays away from the steam. Edit: It is now April, and the infuser already cracked. Not much good without the infuser. Therefore, changing to a 1 star.

This beautiful Tea infuser cup came a couple of days before Christmas in perfect condition. Packaging was done well. It arrived sooner then I expected. I love the design and feel of this glass mug in my hands. It steeps my tea perfectly and I have noticed that my tea stays nice and hot. My other mugs do not maintain heat as long. I don't know if this was intended when it was created, but it's wonderful! I really like the design of this mug. Light weight, glass infuser works just right, sipping my tea is comfortable due to the top of mug design. I love the stainless steel top as well. Great product!!! I ordered three of them, two as gifts. I plan on ordering more, that's how much I like this product. Thanks for selling such a great product!~Alexandra Dean

This is the perfect set up for work. Only the finest particals get through and is one of the easiest infusers I own to clean. The metal lid acts more of a coaster, does not really stay on. I put a paper towl in the lid and rest the glass infuser when I'm doen imbinding. This is great for green tea when you can steap 2 or 3 times.Bonus: Watching the tea bloom is quite pretty.

Very thin glass and seems fragile. My second cup came broken into bits in the mail, still in bubble wrap.Design is good otherwise. The support address for this mug/cup is not valid.There is another glass cup, it has a stainless filter. It is appreciably sturdier.

Pretty much what I expected. I mostly brew my blooming tea in this mug. It is strange that the logo is under the mug handle which turns out to be a positive, I can see the bloom more fully. The glass is a little thin making it a bit more delicate than I prefer. The sipping lip is akward at first. I guess it is necessary for the brew basket and lid to fit amd work properly. Over all a nice loose tea brewing mug. I am very happy with this purchase.
