It also contains astringent properties which tighten the skin and pores. The oil is known for its antiseptic and cleansing properties which help to rid the the skin or other surface areas of unwanted microbes and bacteria. A lovely sweet, earthy, woodsy thick oil!
This oil is lovely! It's thick & earthy, yet sweet & woodsy! We have kids with autoimmune diseases and cuts etc take a long time to heal so I've been putting this oil to good use! Very impressed with it so far! Having boys they LOVE this woodsy smell much better than geranium! I'm excited to make use of it on dry skin also!

Labdanum may be my new favorite essential oil! The fragrance is sweet, resinous, slightly woodsy, and soft. The oil (actually an absolute) is very thick and dark. I am currently working on a solid perfume recipe which will feature this fabulous scent! The oil arrived on time, and very well packaged. Thank you for such a nice product!
