I have never been able to roll out my shortbread cookies at the right thickness, so was really excited when I saw these on the Great British Baking Show. Ordered one right away and love it!! Very well made, and easy to change the disks. The silk pads to roll them on is awesome, as it sticks to the counter and makes rolling out very easy. This is a great set for anyone who loves baking!

I ordered this fondant rolling pin set with the mat, and it’s been a great addition to my baking tools. The rolling pin has measurement marks that show exactly how much fondant you’re rolling out, which makes it really easy to get the right size to cover cakes without wasting any. The mat is super helpful because it gives a non-stick surface to roll on, so the fondant doesn’t stick to my counter or tear. The rolling pin itself is smooth and feels sturdy, making it easy to get an even thickness. One small thing is that the mat can move a bit while rolling, so you have to hold it steady. Overall, it’s an affordable and useful set for anyone working with fondant, and it’s made cake decorating much easier for me!

The rolling pin looks great! I was surprised at how long it was. (See my pics). The ends work well. I was able to switch out the disc's easily. One side shows mm and the other side of the disk shows inches. The silicone mat is a nice size to keep my counter top clean. I don't know if the silicone mat is oven safe. I will just continue to use my parchment paper for lining my baking sheets. Very good buy! I only bake during the holidays so this is beyond perfect for me. Better deal than target or Walmart.

I really wanted to love this but it’s just ok and kind of a pain. Dough sticks to it even after flouring and the plugs you screw the sizers into do not stay intact, I kept having to push them back in.
