JUSTOP Black 700W PSU, Switching Power Supply, Computer Desktop PC ATX 120mm Fan 8-Pin 12V, 6+2 Pin PCI-E, 6x SATA (700W)

Came home after a few days away to find my tower PC was dead. As it was doing absolutely nothing, I was 99.9% certain the power supply had expired, especially as it had been popping capacitors intermittantly for a few months. So, overwhelmed with choice, I chose this one. The original fitted was a mere 160W and almost certainly overloaded; this being a 700W unit should have power to spare. With power supplies, the more they are over rated the longer they last, generally. A bit tricky to fit as it was a squeeze to fit into the PSU space, so had to strip the case out to so so. With that done, the rest was easy. Enough plugs to run my 4 or 5 SATA discs in the box without resorting to adapters. The only bit that had me fooled for a while was the 2x 8 pin connectors. It took me a while to figure out that 1 was for the motherboard and the other, presumably for a graphics accelerator. Simple once had this worked out (I used to mend computers for a living 40 odd years ago, butback then, they were in multiple 19 inch racks and generally ran on 3-phase). It's been running for several weeks without issue and is significantly quieter than the old unit. In fact - the "silent" fan on the CPU is noisier. It looks to have been a good purchase.

Everyone knows that old guy that looks rough as houses but is hard as nails. This is what your getting. It may not look all fancy with a big name, but it sure as hell does what its meant to. Being short of cash, i was slightly weary of ordering a psu that wasnt a big like corsair. That said, this unit has been amazing so far. Its quiet, and is happily running msi b550 m.board, 5600x cpu, 3060ti, 2x hdd, 1x ssd, amd prism cooler, and 7 fans with plenty power to spare for overclocking.

This looks identical to a no-brand 'builder' PSU I bought earlier. The capacitors look cheap, but so far it works OK. I have reservations over its long-term reliability, given other reviews read since purchase, and the look of the components used. However, my computer build isn't using anywhere close to its stated 700 Watt capacity - so fingers crossed!

A really good cheap PSU used in two different PC's now permanently running a rx 5800 and i5 10th gen. Great backup unit or starter PSU for a sub £500 pc build. No issues after a year of use in my brothers pc. Please bear in mind only has 2 additional 8 pin connectors and is not modular.

It worked for a short while immediately after purchasing, when testing out an old + cheap custom pc. I then stored it for about a year, took it out and went to see if my old creation still worked….It didnt. I did multiple procedures of debugging and nothing worked until I paper clip tested this power supply. Nothing happened at first except for a fan twitch but on the second go it started spinning up but with a side effect of smoke and a fizzing sound. I immediately unplugged it and took it outside to dispose of it. It was electrically unsafe. Do not buy this product as it isnt safe and its not worth the lower price tag if it could fry your entire pc.

It is what it is, a value PSU that offers people a basic PSU for simpler machines such as homeservers or general desktops. In terms of gaming, you'd probably need a beefier PSU for all the connectors, but this can certainly support graphics cards up to mid-tier.

Product has been great and it broke on me down the line and the seller was really nice to me and gave me a new one and gave me some great advice on how it happened and how to avoid the same problem agene and what to do for long term couldn't of asked for a better service.

What can I say. It works fine just like it should. I could do with 500W PSU but it's always good to have some spare power should I decide to upgrade later. It's flexible and future proof thanks to set of plugs including 8SATA (I have 5 hard drives and bd recorder) 4+4pin ATX plug and 6+2pin PCIe plug so you can connect pretty much anything to it. For £29 it's the best purchase so far this year.

Alimentatore che rispecchia la descrizione. Devo dire che una volta installato e' molto silenzioso ma solo il tempo mi dira' l'affidabilita'. Pur essendo un 700w ha dimensioni standard.

An sich ein super Netzteil nur das wenn ich mein CPU übertakte ist es ziemlich am Husten und geht wegen Überhitzung aus. ist super das es ein überhitzungs Schutz hat. Aber ich werde Mal sehen wie lange das Netzteil hält.

Nach 3 Monaten ist das Teil kaputt. Strom geht mal rein aber nicht raus.
