I am currently recovering from some g.i. trouble and my system is still working itself out. Adding re-introducing foods while also needing to be on a low fiber diet on top of all that makes for some difficult adjustments. I am not a fan of ingesting anything if I can help it, and I don't really enjoy the feel or effect that stimulant laxatives and enemas give. I was worried what these would (or wouldn't) do, but they worked quickly and gave the most natural relief possible, next to your body just working entirely on its' own. So far, I have only used once but I am so happy with this product. Dealing with so much ill health lately plus discomfort from other minor inconveniences like constipation has bern unpleasant, but this provided some much needed ease -- in more ways than one. I highly recommend!
