I found this to be beneficial. Like most natural products, it takes a few weeks to start noticing a difference. I had been having very noticeable word finding problems for about a year and tried this product. After about a month I noticed the problem had improved. I find this a very good addition to my health regime.

I received those supplements on Jan 9th, today is Jan 26th. I got the 60 capsule bottle. As of today, I have 4 left. If you do the math, it's been less than 3 weeks and I've been taking 2-4 a day. I do agree with what most people are saying. The dosage is definitely low. I had decided to test this product because it had great rating and it was from a trusted brand. Am I saying the supplement doesn't work? No, I'm not saying that because when I did take 3-4 capsule, it worked a little bit. I did feel a little bit more focus. I didn't quite feel much on the "memory" part. I would recommend the company to have diff dosage for around the same price. As of today, I decided to order a similar product, same ingredient, triple the dosage for around the same price and 30 more capsule. I'm looking forward to test it. At least with the new ones I do not have to take 3-4 capsule to get the proper effect. I'm not saying Host Defense Lion's Mane is not worth. I'm just saying it doesn't work for MEEEE. Some people can have lower dosage and it works for them but for me it doesn't work well. I just wish Host Defense had the option of higher dosage, I would have purchased it. But since they don't, I'm going elsewhere. Host Defense also need to at least up the # of capsules since their dosage is so low. Hope my review helps!
