Support funktioniert, wenn auch eher für Leute mit technischen Verständnis
Besonders gut war der Support nach Ausfall und die Bereitstellung eines neuen Ladereglers.Die Ursachenermittlung setzte beim Nutzer (also mir) elektronische Grundkennisse voraus. Aber jeder der so was selber verbaut muss ja zumindest Grundkenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik haben.Der Laderegler lief ein ganzes Jahr stabil und aufgrund der massiven Ausführung zeigte dieser keine merkliche Erwärmung in dieser Zeit. Warum die Platine den Geist aufgegeben hat bleibt unklar. Zumindest nicht weil die Sonne hoch stand. Vielleicht hatte er einfach auch nur das Dauerregenwetter satt ;-)

Questo è il terzo caricatore acquistato per adeguare i miei impianti.Un ringraziamento all'assistenza Solarmreu che con il loro contributo mi hanno aiutato risolvere un problema di quest'ultimo.Dopo la sostituzione gratuita del caricatore siamo riusciti a localizzare il malfunzionamento dovuto al mio impianto e non al caricatore .Soddisfatto sia per l'assistenza ricevuta che al prodotto acquistato.
