Greasy for beginners
Great packaging! Took up knitting again during quarantine. Good instructions, decent quality yarn. Great for beginners. Great gift too

Not for true beginners
Bought for gift for wife, I would not say this is a beginners thing, instructions are hard to understand for someone with absolutely no experience. The yarn color is nice, we think the needles are nice? But we don’t know what to compare to.

I would say this is not a kit for true beginners. You must need to know knitting terminology and techniques because the steps are very difficult for me to follow. Super bummed. The yarn seems soft and I like the color.

Difficult to follow for beginners
First time knitter here. I bought this kit because it said it would be perfect for beginners. The pattern is very cute after getting it down. Although the instructions were difficult to navigate and figure out exactly what to do. Could use some updates. Also, a link to videos would be helpful and I did have to use alternate sources to ensure I was going it right.

The directions were actually kind of confusing. I ended up looking it up on YouTube and finally got the hang of it.

Wool balls get tangled
It would be helpful to have a pull tag to start the ball. Each ball I have found pulls out from two places and it gets tangled. I spend as much time untangling as knitting. Otherwise, since I have not finished the blanket nor washed it, no other comments.Now that I have finished this "blanket," I wanted to buy again. However, how large/small is a "ball" of yard? No found! Needle size was hard to find. No washing instructions included. Would I buy again - not at $153.00. I might if there was another color other than grey. It is nice and warm to wear as a shawl - I added a button and loop.

This Kit Ain’t It!
The instructions are poorly worded and the illustrations are not helpful. The yarn tangles easily and was broken in at least 10 places and knotted back together. I finished the blanket but would not recommend this kit to anyone because of the numerous flaws. Since I’ve taught to try to say something nice in closing nite that the packaging is pretty and recyclable.

Comfort Blanket Review
Excellent value, beautifully packaged, I like the yarn which a mix of mostly acrylic and wool. The yarn feels soft but I like the mix, as it does not itch. 9mm needles included. The blanket pattern uses pearl and knit stitch, but I like a modern chunky look blanket, so I may garter stitch the lot. Delightful Buy! Makes a lovely gift.
