Highly recommended
I love these books. I'm constantly looking for interesting nonfiction texts for my classroom. These are perfect for my third graders and they can not get enough of them. Kids are constantly coming up to me and telling me new facts that they have learned from the books in this series. Great for science, reading, social studies, history, vocabulary, etc. Highly recommended!

Too brief
A few more details regarding the events would have made this much stronger and a lot more engaging for young readers.

Graphic history novels are interesting and fun for kids
These graphic history books (there is a whole series) are well loved by my elementary aged kids. The topic is given enough depth to be interesting, but not too much. These are great for reluctant readers, and are a good introduction or more in depth study to the part of history they cover.

Good basics of The Crucible, but not very detailed
I bought this because I teach English as a Second Language, and have to teach my high schoolers The Crucible. While it is not supposed to be that play, it is very very close. Some of the same do not match up with the story, however, which confused my students (I crossed those out and wrote them in). It is a descent summary though. I would have liked it to be a bit longer and more detailed, but it is good for a basic understanding.

Easy comic book read for a non fiction topic
10 year old loves this series. He asked for more as a birthday gift. Easy comic book read for a non fiction topic. Nice educational element.

Not a bad book, but I wouldn't buy it again
Very short and does not include much detail. Not a bad book, but I wouldn't buy it again, not for 8 bucks anyway.
