One 30 foot speed agility ladder comes with a good quality nylon carry bag. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. The ladder has 18 plastic rungs which are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder. Good for all sports. BONUS: Free training dvd that includes three sections of training. It has beginner, intermediate, and advanced training. There are 125 drills total. What the dvd is: The dvd is broke down into three section as mention above. Each drill is demonstrated three times. Once in real time, once in slow motion and finishes in real time. There is a slight pause in-between each drill to give you a good place to pause the dvd if you want to practice the drill.
