I'm 23 years old and have been experiencing chronic knee pain from inflammation for the better part of 8 years. In the past, I have done physical therapy, which proved fruitless, and tried a topical NSAID that was very expensive. I have been using the ActiPatch for just over a week now and I've already seen results. After using the patch, I can comfortably perform many actions that I would normally have avoided. Just the other day, I had to push my friend's car in order to pop his clutch and get the engine running (it took us several attempts). My knee didn't give out, I didn't have to shrink away or lay off due to pain. I also box, and typically after a session my knee would be throbbing and I'd be laying in bed for the remainder of the evening. With the ActiPatch, this isn't the case. I have more fluidity and comfortable range of motion, I can exercise longer without having to stop due to pain or feelings of discomfort. Post-workout I have little to no pain or swelling in my knee.The only uncomfortable component of the product, for me, is the actual knee brace that comes with it. My knee was clicking, popping and painful for the past year. I hate going to the Dr! So I gave this Actipatch a shot. It worked like a champ. This works! Both my knees are bone on bone. I started using the product and could only use for about two hours the first day;I wear this all day most days now. I’m having good luck with this helping keep pain levels down. Only draw back is how to attach. I do not like the knee cover that you Velcro on. It’s awfully silly. I use 3M micro pore tape and it’s easy on the skin. I would like to see this sold in bulk of six pack for a better price. I’m excited to see what will happen with this product as they figure a better way to adhere this to the skin.

I first purchased the 7 day trial patch and loved it. So now I decided I needed the 720 hour ActiPatch. I have horrible arthritis and have had 1 minor knee surgery and 2 major ones. ActiPatch really helps relive the pain. The only negative I can find about the product is on both items is I didn't care for the adhesive tape or the black knee holder. I found my KT Tape works best and keeps my ActiPatch in place for the entire day. My suggestion is these two companies should work together for a win-win!

My wife used it on her knees for a few days and the pain disappeared as a miracle. She is walking with no pain. I used hers for a few days on my tailbone. I could not believe the result. I have been trying to clear the mild pain in that area for almost a year now. Next is on my hand following the sciatic nerve. What a Miracle.

I was disappointed that these do not have the straps as illustrated, but rather they are held in place by a large adhesive patch. Adhesive patches tend to irritate my skin and because I have very large thighs the version with a knee sleeve will not work for me. This is unfortunate since I do receive a great deal of relief from OA knee pain with this device.

Wish I could give this product a minus rating. This knee pain "solution" actually made my pain worse. Not to mention the difficulty of keeping the thing attached while I slept (when my pain is the worse). This is not helpful as a knee replacement, post-operative treatment at all.
