These bannetons are great for making bread bowls! I love the size and use the bread bowls for dips and soup bowls. I use them very frequently and they have held up well so far. Great product for the price!

These are the perfect size for bread bowls for soup! They fit about 350 grams of dough and they are very full. My only issue is with the covers they come with. I use the covers inside the bannetons and so the coarse fabric is not ideal, the add pictures make it look like soft fabric but it's not. I have other bannetons with very soft covers and I love them. Other than that these are prefect!!

The small banneton's work great! The item didn't come with all 6 bannetons but the seller made it right and fixed the issue promptly. Great product and great customer service!

I am using the basking for my sour dough bread. No more sticking to the floured dish towel. The bread fell right out of the basket, no one piece of dough got stuck.

I want to make a 500g boule which is a bit too small for the typical 9" banneton. Slow shipping only ended in disappointment. The inner edge is 9" and the outer edge is 9 3/4". Made with 3/8" rattan and tight, solid construction. The material cover is sown in an x pattern. Used without the cloth, it will leave wider spaces between flour lines than my older 9" banneton made with 1/4" rattan. The bowl is also less rounded and slightly lopsided. Perfect for Harry Potter fans, but not at all what was advertised.

Great for making dough and bread. I would definitely buy this item again. I did it for my gluten-free bread, which is typically stickier and messier than traditional bread, and this helped to maintain some of the mess.

Nice basket with liner (or cover, depending on how you want to use it). Great price for this.

The liner fabric is a bit rough and not like the picture but it's ok. I don't use it anyway. You can just flour the basket instead.The basket is not 100% level, it is slightly slanted, but I also don't mind that.For this price, the quality is very good value for money.

Use for bread proofing and liner is good quality too
