When the pump idles for 15 seconds or is blocked, it will stop working automatically. Restart it manually or it will restart automatically next morning with sunshine. How to restart the solar pump 1. Add water or clean the pump. 2. Cover the solar panel entirely with a dark cloth for 15 seconds, then take away the cloth. 3. Put it into water within 15 seconds. The pump will spray water. Or repeat 1-3. 4. If it doesn't work after multiple tries, please contact us. We will try our best to help you out. Note: 1. Please make sure the solar panel is not blocked from sunlight. 2. For the first time of use, please install the nozzle after the pump is spraying water normally, as there could be air inside the pump. 3. Keep the water clean and clean the pump regularly (once a month recommended). 4. If the solar fountain detects water shortage or is blocked and then stops working, please check the cause and restart it. It does not mean that the fountain is broken.
