Good basic resource
Helpful information. Appreciate drawings of different stages. Ready to put it in my pocket and walk through a botanical garden! There are so many butterflies that I’ve learned about…now I would like to see them in person.

Helpful guide
This guide is surprisingly helpful for its size. The drawings are pretty good. I wish the distribution maps were more detailed and the drawings showed wings from both sides. It even includes the scientific names of the species showed in the book.

Great Starter Book
This is a good field guide to carry on a hiking trip or a walk in the yard. . It does cover the entire USA. Because of its size the pictures and text are limited. Great for quick ID, but If you really want to study the pollinators you will need a more in-depth book.

Just arrived today
This book just arrived today and I must say for the money it is above what I expected. It is clear and concise. The pictures and illustrations are of an extraordinary quality. The compact size makes this book the perfect take along to be added to my camera equipment bag for my next outing. An excellent choice in my opinion.
