This design reminds me of a time when my son was 5, and claimed and outdoor turtle that washed into our yard after a storm. My son tried to smuggle the turtle into the house, hiding in in his pjs! The statue is very small, and fits into a spot on my outside front landscape perfectly, just opposite a similarity sized statue I thought represented my daughter in pig tails pushing bubbies and squirrels in a wheelbarrow. The turtle amd butterfly light up, and I’d so right out of the box. There is a solar panel on the side, and that will save you the cost of batteries.

I bought this for my son's girlfriend for her birthday. It took over a week to be delivered so it was a late birthday gift. She hasn't expressed whether she likes it or not but I think it's adorable and it looks so cute in her flowerbed. Others have said their's arrived with the butterfly broken off but this one arrived in excellent condition. The only disappointment is that the butterfly and turtle only remain lit for about 2 hours.

He is so cute! I love him and he is perfect for my garden. I also bought a little girl to go with him.

This figurine is really very cute! As soon as I took it out of the box I was so happy that I bought it. It looks great in my flower garden and I love how the turtle and the butterfly light up at night. I let it soak up the sun for 2 days before I switched it on and it has been lighting up every night. It's well made and the packaging was great. And with PRIME it arrived in just 2 days!!!

I bought this for my boyfriend who LOVES turtles. It IS adorable and I DO love it... but by the end of summer there was rust on the bottom, the light had stopped working, and the paint is chipping off... BAD!!! Glad I didn't buy elsewhere for $75, but still, I hate it when I spend my hard earned money on a product that doesn't last.

I bought this little statue for just a bit of light at the end of the step. (That's my excuse). My wife has a very large collection of outdoor solar statues and this was a welcome addition to it, little boy lights up every night and works well in all the weather we had this year. Its very hardy and doesn't blow around in the high winds we get there on the Gulf Coast.

I too was surprised at how small this statue is. I did look at the measurements but they seemed larger than the actual statue. It is very cute and well made....but wish it was bigger.
