I read some of the reviews on here and I was a little skeptical. But! From my experience so far ... everything taste pretty good, you get a breakfast lunch dinner and a snack. You have two snacks a day but the kit didn’t come with the shakes that you are suppose to have for the first 7 days for morning snack. Plan is easy to follow and really not that hard to follow. It filled me up, I would give it 5 stars! Very happy

This comes with everything you would get from Nutrisystem except for the outside box and the meal planner booklet. But you can get the booklet online and it is not worth the extra $20 Nutrisystems will charge you for it. All items were fresh and far from the expiration date. This package ALSO comes with snacks for the same price as are being sold here without snacks. Sometimes, they are nice to have. Nutrisystem works. It really does. And it will retrain you how to portion your food and eat well on the days you have off (2 days a week with this program), if you need help with that, or are diabetic and want to stay in control. No meal takes longer than 2 min., to prepare. I broke my ankle, so I needed something to control the spread during my convalescence that I could make easily and still be nutritious. And I didn't want to break the bank either. Very easy and healthy way to loose or maintain your weight. What are you waiting for?

I have dealt with being over wight most of my life. After I decided to "get serious" I have since taken off 125 pounds and the last 30ish have been tough. So I decided why not try this meal kit - what do I have to lose - either $50 or some pounds. I love it --- love it. Now let me say I am a foodie for sure. I really enjoyed almost everything I have gotten so far. ALL of the breakfast items are great. I didn't care for the chicken pot pie - only because I don't like cooked peppers. And I didn't care for the cheddar rice. But again I just don't care for white rice. They weren't so horrible that I didn't eat them they just weren't my favorite. I have followed the directions minus the Turbo Shake. Drank all the water and got most of the veggies in each day. I am on day 4 and I am down 6.2 pounds this morning. I've ordered another box for next week. They are super easy really convenient with my busy work schedule. My only suggestion to the company would be to put some more meal kits together that were more meat/protein based. Thanks for reading and remember "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels".

This is not worth the price I paid. First off, there is no diet plan or instructional information included. I am not new to Nutrisystem, so I know what to do.The foods in this box of food have very little value. You can buy them all on Nutrisystem website during sales, for next to nothing.I received 5 dinners, 5 lunches, 5 breakfasts, and 5 snacks. The snacks in particular are the cheapest ones sold on Nutrisystem, and the ones I never buy. Little bags of tasteless cookies & "chocolate flavored pretzels" are wasted calories., in my opinion. Not at all satisfying. Nutrisystem has better snacks, none of which were offered in this 5 day plan box.I was hoping for some shakes or more satisfying foods but this box is all the stuff I dislike - the tiny bags of dry cereal, for instance. The little boxes of dried rice you add water to.I would not order this again and do not recommend it. Complete waste of money for what I paid.

I’m so glad I decided to give Nutrisystem a try. I’ve done medifast/Optavia in the past and was expecting the same food taste and quality. Nutrisystem tastes SO much better and allows for more food than Optavia.Other reviews say the food tastes terrible but their bars and shakes are better than most other protein supplements I’ve tried. I would compare the flavors to lean cuisine.I lost 3 lbs on this kickstart pack and have ordered a month supply through their site.

Well, the Nutrisysten Kickstarts, did nothing for me except to irritate my GARLIC allergies. I followed the instructions to a "T", and lost NO weight. The food was edible, but had a LOT of garlic, sodium, and preservatives. I was very disappointed, since Nutrisystem has had a fairly good reputation for years. My opinion is that you shouldNOT waste your money.

Look, I love nutrisystem, always have. If you follow the directions you will loose weight. I’ve done nutrisystem off and on and always have results. To be honest I even have ordered their new frozen foods and much prefer the shelf stable foods over those. But I must say I’ll eat just about anything, hence why I’m overweight. I’ll put my lasagna on top of my salad and have a big bowl of yum.AND. know I’m loosing weight. It mostly reminds me of hormel shelf stable foods or dentimore foods. Anyway I love that I can get a week and use it to reset my food expectations. After a week it helps me put the breaks on eating like a horse. So for me, it works.

Got through the first week lost 4lbs just ordered the second box....not everything is tasty add your own seasoning that coconut almond bar is disgusting wish I could have replaced it
