Quite possibly the best leadership text book I've read. Clear representation of the most enduring leadership theories with their evolution from conception to modern application. Includes strengths, criticisms, application, and assessment tools for each theory. Learning about leadership is the first step to becoming a better leader. If you want to learn more about the subject of leadership, get this book.

Very good textbook used to study for an exam in FBLA nationals. It didn't fit the event as well as planned, but it was a very good personal development reader! I personally enjoy textbook formats.

Honestly the hardcover book is not even needed. The ebook is great and transfers highlights made between desktop and tablet reading making it super simple to take notes wherever you are either at home or away

Text arrived 2 days in excellent condition.I enjoyed the layout that Northhouse applied throughout the text. Great reference on introduction into leadership frameworks and foundations.Paid for the additional reference materials: I really wanted the voice reading and additional supportive materials. It needs improvement on voice reading--> continues to return to beginning of chapter, so therefore you need to fast forward to return to previous location. The linkage of videos and articles excellent.

I purchased this product expecting to receive a printed book and an electronic copy of the book. I only received a soft cover printed book. There were no instructions provided to access the E-book. When I called Amazon to help me access the E-book I was told that the E-book was not guaranteed with the bundle. I then asked why are they advertising this item as a bundle (Leadership 7e + Northouse: Leadership 7e Interactive Ebook) instead of simply as the book (Leadership 7e) if the E-book is not being sold with the item. Is this false advertising?

This is a great textbook that breaks down the various leadership theories into sizable chunks that are easy to understand. I purchased this book for a class, but will be keeping it for reference.
