Does all 5 pins connected from the male to female connector. i need the otg pin appear in female, to control the phone that connected to the male.

The pinout shows that pin4 is not connected (NC), and it says OK to GND. In my mind this says the cable is not a 5 pin extension cable. It does not extend the OTG signal on pin 4.
