Concession Express Snow Cone Syrup 1 Gallon (Lemonade)

OMG! This stuff is **SO** GOOD!!! To be honest, I don't use it as a sno-cone topping. Instead, I use it to make cola flavored soda. (Think Coke or Pepsi.) This stuff is **AMAZING!!!** I recently purchased a few bottles of the "designer" stuff, and... well... this beats them hands down - both in flavor AND in value.This isn't a review of the designer cola syrups, but I found them to be too "herby" or "spicy" (think LOTS of Ginger - almost maybe TOO MUCH ginger...) or just too expensive for what they were. (THEY'RE SODA SYRUPS!!!) And I would rather pay $17 for a gallon of this stuff (128 servings) than $20 for 16 servings of something I don't even like.To describe this soda (the Cola flavor) is as follows: It's like Coke. More specifically, it's like the Cola you get at a diner or restaurant - you know - where MAYBE they have a contract with Coca Cola or Pepsi and use the BIB (bag in box) syrup... (or maybe they don't, and they just get what's cheapest, because... you know... people don't really complain that they got "pepsi and not coke" or "coke and not pepsi" or whatever, and it's generic enough "cola" flavor that they don't mind...) (but I digress.)This Cola is on point. It's not herb forward. It's not too sweet. It's not too bitter. It's... Cola! Plain and simple! It's good! Want more of a kick? Add another squirt (yes - this purchase MADE me buy a pump for it, which I think it just SO worthwhile.) Want it a little "lighter?" Use half a squirt.If your household goes through coke / pepsi / cola / soda like water, BUY yourself a SodaStream and get yourself this Cola Syrup. (AND THE PUMP! TRUST ME - YOU'LL THANK ME LATER!) Instant Soda. Net cost: Between the SodaStream, CO2, and the syrup: it's about $100. And with that, you can make about 128 servings. Compare that to cans or bottles of Coke. You can't. This is WAY cheaper - and that's for a NEW SETUP!!! (Imagine if you ALREADY HAVE THE SODASTREAM?! Then it's just a few pennies more expensive than water!)Trust me - I'm not going all out to tell you that this is "chemically identical to coke" or exactly the same mouth feel as Pepsi - it's not. But it's close. REAL close. So close that you won't be able to tell the difference after a while.Definitely a great product.Oh - One quick postscript: When I say it's great for use as a DRINK flavoring (my headline,) I'm not saying that it's NOT good as a shaved Ice flavoring - I couldn't say... I've never tried it that way. All I'm saying is: my review is on using this syrup as a drink flavoring, and it's AMAZING in that capacity.Carry on! :)

I bought the lemon-lime flavor to try with my sodastream, and it worked great. The amount you use will depend on your individual taste preferences, but we settled on somewhat between 1/4 and 1/3 cup for the small bottle. The flavor we prefer is very bold, tangy and refreshing, and not too sweet. This is a much better value than the overpriced syrups sold by sodastream, and I'm definitely going to try out more flavors. I saved more money by not buying the pump for the big jug. Instead I just pour about 2 cups of syrup into a small plastic container with a tight lid, so when I need more soda it's much easier to take that out of the fridge rather that muscle around that big, heavy gallon jug every time.

The container says that 1 part syrup to 5 parts water makes a delicious drink. So at this price point, I figured I'd give it a try for making an occasional cola soda using seltzer. Honestly, it's not Coke or Pepsi - I'd say more of a supermarket brand or somewhat close to RC. I wish it had real sugar and not HFCS but most soda doesn't use real sugar these days so it's not a deal breaker for me. Luckily I didn't have to put the gallon jug into the frig once I opened it - as no refrigeration is needed. I haven't found a better deal for soda syrup - even from the big box stores. I would say this works well for the infrequent drinker that doesn't have a specific taste preference.

During the COVID-19 lockdown in our state, we were looking for alternate ways of having sodda, without having to go out and buy8ing some. We were a little skeptical ofusing this type of syrup to make Cola, but using our SodaStream to create seltzer then adding 2 ounces of this syrup to 10 ounces of Seltzer makes some really great tasting Cola! It tastes a bit different than the 2 major brands of Cola, but has a bit of a nice tang to it. We liked this so much we've ordered the Orange Syrup to see how that tastes. We're extremely happy with how this product tastes!

I was a little iffy on buying a sno-cone syrup brand that I had never used before. But this was perfect! I have been a big lover of Tigers Blood flavor for at least 6yrs. This brand did not disappoint. 100% Will order this again when we run out.Shipped well. It came in a box, the gallon jug had a freshness seal over the opening, the lid on, tight, and taped in place, and a bag wrapped around the jug secured with a twist tie. No damage or spillage.

Tastes really good but beware this stuff stains everything,What do I mean by everything? I mean literally everything, it stained my stainless steel sink, granite countertop, Tile Floor, my skin.... On hard surfaces like stainless steel or granite with enough scrubbing (I used a magic eraser) it will come off but if you spill this on a wood surface like my daughter did on my dining room table it will never come out no matter how much you scrum, it will fade but it will always remain

FINALLY ! Have had a Soda Stream for a while (couple years), and while the cola syrup that comes with the unit is passable, over time it isn't, and trying to find a syrup that tastes the same as buying a Coke, I haven't found anything that matches the flavor until now..... this product is just the taste I'm looking for when I want a Coke♥️
