Good for eBike battery charging & storage.
I get a great night's sleep thanks to PA156 81mm Mortar Ammo Can, which holds my eBike battery after a few modifications to the top.

I knew it would be a large can but dang it's taller than i expected. it'll make a perfect quench tank for the home forge.

Very good surplus condition.
Arrived in excellent and usable condition. Very little rust and paint mostly intact. Seal appears to work and lid locks tightly to top. No real dents in the item. The only reason I knocked it down a star is because it does not appear as advertised in the posting. As others have pointed out all of the stickers and box markings are painted over with black paint and “empty” is stenciled on all sides in white paint. So if you wanted this as more of a military show piece with original markings you would be disappointed. You may be able to remove the black paint with a solvent- I tried it a bit and it appeared to work okay. I ended up sanding and repainting the entire box but of course that requires extra time and expense and ruins any mil-spec appearance.

Ammo box seal and inside is in perfect condition. Outside is in good condition. I wish they would have left all the original markings shown in picture instead of painting them over. I use these for bladesmithing quench tanks

This ammo can was listed as "good" condition but, in reality, I would say that it is in excellent condition. I ordered it at 6:30 and it was already loaded on the delivery truck by the afternoon! That I would call fantastic service.
