I bought these earbuds for my daughter for Christmas. We got the package on the 27th, then spent the next 2 days trying to follow the instructions to sync the two earbuds and pair with an iPod XR cell phone. IT NEVER SYNC. Then when you try to pair it, it kept pairing as separate devices. The instructions are not numbered, so you don't know if you're supposed to do pair before syncing, or sync before paring. We tried both ways. Nothing worked. We even went to YouTube to see if anyone else has been successful and found many different iterations of how you could do it. NONE of them worked. These are the worst earbuds every. I'm returning. I know now why the true Apple earbuds cost so much more money. Sorry, but these are not worth the money, even at a cheaper prices.

I have been trying for close to two days now trying to have each headphone connect to each other and they can't. They go through the whole system of flashing red and blue when one is supposed to stop which indicates that they are paired with each other. That never happens as they keep flashing red and blue until they both just shut off. I tried pairing them with the Bluetooth off and it does not pair, but when Bluetooth is on I can connect to each headphone individually, but that will cause the sound to only come out of one headphone and not the other. I tried looking up possible solutions but all avenues led to either nowhere or just tips that do not work. I have an iPhone 6 and a Mac and it will not connect to either. If anyone here can provide me with help I will gladly remove my 1 star rating but until I see some results it stays.

Very annoying set-up process with little instructions on how to get both earbuds to pair with each other first. I still can't get them to pair with each other. Change setting to dual sound under bluetooth settings to have both earbuds play at tge same time. However this causes an echo sound. If you are the seller, please respond on how to get these to pair together to play sound without an echo. Comfortable fit if you only want one earbud

Product does not pair with eachother. Claims that you take out of the charger and the buds pair within 3 to 5 seconds. That is not happening. Buds blink red and blue for several minutes before the automatically turn off. The result of this is that you can pair them separately with your device meaning you can only listen to music in one ear. Very disappointing to day the least. DO NOT PIRCHASE THIS PRODUCT THRY DO NOT WORK PROPERLY!!

Too bad all the other reviews with pairing problem showed up after I received the buds as gift for my wife. Spent lots of time like everyone else. One or other works, won't pair. Will send them back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!!!!!!!!!!

Both headphones won't pair to each other so when I go to play music on my phone it only plays in one ear bud at a time. Both of the headphones don't have buttons on either of them in order to pair them together. How am I supposed to connect both of them together in order to hear the audio through both of the headphones at the same time?
