GREAT set of testers! All work great! Found we had an open ground for 33 years and didn't know it!
I actually bought this Gardner Bender® GK-5 set after buying an APC® surge protector with battery back-up off Amazon that showed we had a 'building wiring fault' in our home (the red light at the back of the unit). I had no idea what that meant so I did some research and the most common reason for that type of indicator is an open ground, so I decided to order this tester set, in addition to a yellow Sperry® brand outlet tester, to basically have a 'second opinion'.After both products arrived, I went around our house and found that all outlets on our GCFI circuit did indeed show an open ground. The GCFI outlet is in our master bathroom and protects two more bathrooms, in addition to the master bedroom, the patio outlet, and an outlet in our garage.Since we were going to need to go through and check all of our 33 year old outlets and switches, we decided to change them all to updated Leviton® versions, especially the outlets to tamper-resistant (and from ivory to white), which we proceeded to complete, after shutting off that circuit and using the live wire tester from this set to confirm the circuit was off. But as we checked the dozen or so outlets and switches on the GCFI circuit, none of them had open/disconnected grounds, yet both outlet testers still showed we had an open ground when we flipped the circuit back on.The only other option was likely an open ground in one of the electrical boxes in our attic that would be in the circuit 'before' the GCFI outlet, so I climbed up into the attic through my closet (BTW, I ordered a new Xtend and Climb® 760p+ 10.5' telescoping ladder for easier access to our attic and it works great! I did a review of that too). The first electrical box I checked is right above my closet, right next to the access opening. I took off the cover to that electrical box and immediately noticed the ground wire to the switch for the light in my closet wasn't connected to the other ground wires coming in and going out of the box. It had been like this since our house was built in 1988 and we had no idea!I took a picture with my phone and came down from the attic to show my husband. He asked me to turn the circuit off again and he grabbed the wire nuts and extra copper wire we already had in the house as we searched for the open ground and headed up to the attic. He pig-tailed the ground wire to include the light switch, closed up the box, and came back down from the attic. As he went back outside to reset the circuit breaker, we were talking to each other on our phones, I plugged in the Gardner Bender® GK-5 outlet tester into the GCFI outlet in our bathroom.....TWO yellow lights! No more open ground, but just to make sure it was correct, I used the yellow Sperry® outlet tester in an outlet in another bathroom....TWO yellow lights!I've since used the battery tester and USB tester included in this set and they both work great as well! In fact, the battery tester confirmed that some of the AA batteries we thought were dead, actually had some life still in them, so we didn't end up throwing away good batteries.

Good Value for Occasional Use
Testers function as intended and are easy to use. Priced the same as voltage and circuit tester purchased individually with the addition of the 'free' battery and USB testers. I'm not sanguine about the value of the latter two units, but free is a good enticement. My one complaint is the lack of weight/quality making me question the eventual durability of the units. As an occasional home user, I freely recommend them but if I were to use them on a regular or professional basis I'd opt for some heavier constructed units.

Don’t waste your money
Doesn’t work as expected. The non contact voltage sensor goes off randomly. Testing the same item has different results each time. Receptical tester doesn’t work, gfci tester doesn’t trip the gfci. The outlet I wanted to test has a gfci that trips immediately without anything connected and it says it is correct for the split second before the outlet gfci trips.

Easy to use
I’m not an electrician, I bought this item to help me replace an electrical outlet that’s been working on and off. I wanted to ensure that there is no more electric current on the outlet. It did serve its purpose.

Great electrical testers.
A really awesome set of electrical testers. They make life so much easier. Especially when you’re trying to determine what breaker controls which outlets. I would highly recommend.
